The posterior lift or the neck lift
It solves the problem of a moderately loose neck with or without excessive fat tissue. It does not correct either the jowl or the nasogenien crease.
The technique
The scar in entirely behind the ear, thus invisible.
Three manipulations are performed :
- a liposuction if necessary,
- tightening of the platysma muscle of the neck,
- tightening of the skin of the neck without modifying the hairline.
