The technique
It is the removal of the excess fat in the concerned areas. A fine canula, 4 to 5 mm in diameter, is inserted through an incision and then it is connected to a suction machine. By moving the canula under the skin in the concerned area, the fat cells are suctioned out.

Three very important improvements have been added to this technique and have eliminated the wave effect feared by most patients :
- prior to the procedure, a fat softening mixture is injected, allowing the fat to be aspired easily,
- with the use of a much finer canula, the operation now is longer but more precise, softer and more efficient,
- targeting the fatty mass from different directions obtains perfectly homogeneous results.
