In reality, this distinction is often artificial : a rhinoplasty undertaken after the age of 40 will tend to rejuvenate an expression ; likewise, a face lift, with its rejuvenating action, will beautify a face.
The diversity of current techniques offers an adapted answer to the problem posed : each face presents a different question. The surgeon has to be able to propose the techniques that will achieve a natural and efficient result.
Among these techniques, some are well known such as the cervicofacial lift or the rhinoplasty. Others, more recent like endoscopy assisted surgery, peelings or the CO2 ultrapulsed laser, call for more explanations.
