Rhinoplasty
Classic nose. The dorsa and the tip have been modified. One year result.
Tip of the nose. Ony alar cartilages have been reshaped.
- Preoperative tests are required.
- Hospitalization : 24 hours.
- Duration of the intervention : 1 to 1 and a half hours in average.
- Anesthesia : usually general.
- Dressing : 10 to 12 days. Around the 12th day, the dressing will be removed for good, and normal activity may be resumed.
- Postoperative period : it is painless. During the first week, eyes are swollen and with the impression of having a cold ; on the 7th day, eyes are practically back to normal, the nose is no longer runny.
- The patient has to avoid : violent sports and sun exposure for 3 months because the nose swells in heat.
